Cornelius Crane Chase, better known as Chevy Chase, is a popular American comedian, film and television actor and writer. As a comedian, he gained prominence working with a pioneering humor magazine National Lampoon. Following this, Chevy became a permanent member of Saturday Night Live casting team.
